If you order online a tax invoice will be emailed out to you automatically. If you order offline an tax invoice will be sent via post to you. A history of your subscriptions can be reviewed at any time online in the Account section of the site.

If you order offline your access information will be emailed to you once final payment has been received.

Yes. Approved educational institutions will receive a 1/3 discount of the normal price of the subscription. To see if you qualify for this discount please contact Media Directory with your organisation's details.

Network access subscriptions are most commonly used by large organisations such as libraries, universities or large companies to allow all of their users access to the Media Directory from their computers without the hassle of passwords to maintain. Access to the site is granted at a network level by checking the IP Address of the user to see if it is coming from an "allowed" network. As most business and institutions have Static IP Addresses (they have permanent/continuous internet connections) we can establish what users are coming from your particular computers and grant them access to the site without having to enter a thing. It is a requirement of network access subscriptions that you have a Static IP Address. If you are unsure please contact Media Directory for assistance.

You can have an unlimited number of users access the Media Directory at any one time with network access, up to the server/network limits. Due to the 'no limit' nature of network access certain features normally available to username/password subscribers are not available. These include the ability to create and save you own lists of publications/publishers (contact details are still available for download) and certain browser history features.

Education discounts are only available on network access subscriptions. Network access accounts receive access to all available media modules.

Once you have ordered a network access subscription, a member of the Media Directory will contact you to obtain the IP address that your network uses. You cannot gain access to the site until we have that information registered on our servers. Your IT representatives should be able to tell you this information.
