| Help, I can't login |
The Media Directory requires an active subscription for you to access all features of the site. If you cannot login the first thing to do is to make sure that you have a valid subscription. If your subscription has expired you should receive a message stating how many days ago your subscription elapsed when you attempt to login. If you need to order or renew a subscription you can do so online and gain instant access or by contacting Media Directory
If you have a valid subscription and still cannot login the next thing to check is your login and password. Your login is by default your email address and if you have forgotten your password you can click on the 'Forgotten Password' link on the login screen to have it emailed out to you. Cut and paste the login information from the email into the respective login fields and try accessing the site again. If you do not receive an email then contact Media Directory with your basic contact details and we will check our databases for you.
You must have cookies turned on in order to access the Media Directory. Please check your browser settings and ensure that cookies are enabled. If you have cookies enable you should be able to see the words 'The MediaDirectory.com.au' printed in bold below. If you cannot please check your browser settings.

| You can select from any combination of Magazines, Newspapers, Radio, Television and Websites as elective modules. Politicians and Political information, newsletters and journals and media agencies are included as base modules with every subscription. |

| How do I get my publication listed? |
| If your publication is new and we have not yet listed it, then please fill out our new publication form, and we will email you with a login to our publisher administration system once an administrator has reviewed your submission. This process usually takes less than 24 business hours. |
