The easiest and fastest way to start using the Media Directory is to subscribe online. Fill out the online form and we will contact you with payment instructions and details on how to begin using the site.
How do I renew my subscription?
When your subscription is 60 days away from renewal you will receive an email reminding you to renew and a message will appear each time you login. If you go to the subscription/invoice page in the account section there will now be an option to renew your current subscription. You can renew online via credit card or else download the renewal form and send it back to us with payment and we will process it for you.
Your new subscription will take affect the day after you current one expires so you will not be penalised for renewing early. You can keep the same password for your new subscription or you can change to a new one if you prefer.
What is the user limit?
The user limit is the maximum number of people that can use the site simultaneously for a single subscription. For example, a subscription with a 1 user limit would only allow one person at a time to use access the site with those login details. A 3 user limit would allow up to three separate users to access the site at any one given time.
Once the number of people logged into the Media Directory reaches the user limit for that subscription any future attempts to login into the site will come at the expense of a currently logged in user. A list of all the current logged in users and the last time the interacted with the server is displayed, with the last person to access the site listed first through to the most recent person to use the site last. Select which user you wish to logout and then you can replace them.
How do I change my password?
You can change your password and any other or your login or contact details on the account page. Please note the account page is only available once you have logged in.
Can I view previous subscription invoices?
You can view a complete history of your subscription with the Media Directory in the subscription/invoice page in the account section. Select wish invoice you wish to view and it will be displayed for you in a page that you can print.
